广东人也爱吃腊味,所以冰箱里常备一袋广式腊肠,属于咸甜口味,不像川味云贵一带的麻辣腊肠,口味较清淡,有时候煮饭的时候放上2段,腊肠里的油脂渗透到米粒中,还能?使米饭增香不少。最常见的就是腊味炒四季豆啦?,加点红黄彩椒丝增色。

< class="pgc-img">>暑假前刚好碰上团购买牛肋条,一次买了10斤,冰箱分装冷冻上,牛肋条很适合正在长身体的孩子,强筋骨,所以我家一周至少会做一次,牛肋条不像牛腩需要长时间焖炖,?用小砂锅就能煮。
< class="pgc-img">>通常我都是分等份分好放冰箱冷冻,?食用时取一份大约2斤牛肋条解冻,切块,去掉血沫后,放电饭锅里,放2片姜和清水,就这样焖煮20分钟即可。
牛肋条带些油脂,煮熟后把牛肋条盛出,切一根白萝卜到汤汁里,?把白萝卜煮熟煮透。白萝卜会吸收汤汁里多余的油脂,这样一点也不浪费。
