1、首先把花菜掰开,芹菜、黄瓜、大葱切段,莲藕、土豆、香干、洋葱切片。
2、鸡翅和排骨都是提前用水泡了3小时的,已经没有血水了,然后把它们放进滚烫的油锅中炸10几分钟捞出。
