ate to do和hate doing的区别：
hate to do ；即hate后跟动词不定式，不定式后面的动作通常是一个具体或一次性和特指的动作。
hate doing ；即hate后跟动名词。这时的动作是一个表示习惯性或经常性不具体的动作。
以上说法只是大致而已，其实区别的界限不是很明显。
