月15日，记者获悉，北京烹饪协会、美团共同发布了“餐饮热词看中国”双语版，包含了“新口味”、“新食尚”、“新潮流”三大类别共16个热词，其中包括秋天的第一杯奶茶(The first cup of milk tea in autumn)、螺蛳粉(Luosifen)、撸串儿(Stripping the sticks)等。

“这16个关键词浓缩了近几年中国餐饮行业发生的热点事件和趋势”，北京烹饪协会会长云程介绍称，“以热词为注脚，以餐饮为视角，记录了国人生活与消费方式的变迁，希望就此可以让全球民众更好地了解中国人的餐饮新趋势，传递中国社会、文化的变革与坚守。”
据了解，餐饮消费热门词汇基于消费者喜好、餐饮行业趋势及线上平台数据等信息汇总，最终由北京烹饪协会、餐饮行业和大众媒体的11位专家终审得出。
