当你在门店里等客的时候（哪怕是在门口做“迎宾”），顾客从外面看到的是消极、慵懒的面部表情、没有生意……

而最重要的是，当你在店里傻傻的等客的时候，你店铺的整洁度、卫生、陈列……都会非常糟糕，即使顾客走进来，感受也是不够好的。

所以，当你在店里哀叹“没人”的时候，店里就真的不会进人，于是你更加抱怨，抱怨天气、抱怨产品、抱怨竞争对手、抱怨市场环境……

于是这些抱怨改变了你的心态，改变了你的表情，便形成恶性循环——店里没人没生意，你没工资没情绪，甚至开始怀疑自己的人生。

相反，没人的时候，你在调整陈列（哪怕你不太会陈列，动手也行），在擦货架、搞卫生……你一直在店铺不停的忙碌，顾客便会川流不息。

店里没人时，怎样提高进店率呢？

1、人员拦截

从店面走出去，“坐销”变“行销”。楼层、商场、停车场甚至小区，只要走出去，我们的几率也会越大。服务员去拦截客户，主要包括站位、话术、制度三个要点。

（1）选择最佳站位。

拦截员最重要的一点是站位，一般来说以下四点非常重要：

一是要站在门店的入口处；

二是人流量比较大的过道；

三是对应的电梯出口；

四是人流量最旺的卖场的入口。

（2）统一拦截话术。

即遇到顾客说什么，每家餐厅可根据自己的具体情况，提炼餐厅最新卖点，设计统一的拦截话术。

（3）制定拦截的奖惩制度。

在没有客人的时候，服务员不能在店内睡觉、玩手机，对于主动拦截客人的服务员要给与奖励，没有完成拦截目标的就要惩罚了。
