江"最特别"的奶茶，源于一次失误，喝多了会"上头"

< class="pgc-img">奶茶近几年深受大家青睐，不少年轻人每天都离不开奶茶，常常因为能够喝上一杯奶茶而心满意足。奶茶不仅品牌众多，种类也是数不胜数，像大众品牌，古茗、星巴克、一点点、coco等都深受广大青年的喜爱。但是，在浙江绍兴，有一种特有的但很奇怪的奶茶，喝多了甚至会上头，你有喝过这样的奶茶吗？
< class="pgc-img">绍兴黄酒我们一定有所耳闻，不仅味道正宗香醇，还拥有悠久的历史，被列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。绍兴人爱酒，不再是单纯的喝酒，现在的他们将酒运用在生活中随处可见的物品上。比如我们今天要说的黄酒奶茶。
< class="pgc-img">奶茶，从名字上看，是奶加上茶，现在如果加上黄酒，味道是什么样的呢？怎么感觉像一道黑暗料理？其实事实并非如此，绍兴黄酒奶茶已经成为网红奶茶，吸引很多游客前往打卡。因为这是绍兴特有的奶茶，所以只有去绍兴旅游时才能喝到。
< class="pgc-img">黄酒奶茶的走红源于微博上的一段描写："招牌黄酒奶茶超好喝，一股浓郁的黄酒香加上奶香，完美的结合。"一方面是被这奇怪的做法所吸引，另一方面是好奇这奶茶的味道，这次意外的走红，让黄酒奶茶成为绍兴的招牌饮品，每天到店的游客络绎不绝。店门前常常是排着望不到头的队伍，道路也是堵得水泄不通，场面十分热闹。
< class="pgc-img">像许多食品发明的经过一样，黄酒奶茶的出现也是源于一次失误。一次在制作奶茶时意外的将红茶壶与黄酒壶拿错，将黄酒加入了奶茶中，原本以为这奶茶肯定不能喝了，没想到尝了一口，发现浓重的奶茶融合了黄酒酒香，不但不难喝，反而口感更妙了。于是黄酒奶茶就在一次机缘巧合下诞生了。
< class="pgc-img">第一个制作黄酒奶茶的人起初只做给家里的亲戚朋友品尝，想听听他们的反馈。没想到大家都一致的好评，并且在家人建议他，应该将黄酒奶茶稍加改良，打造为一个品牌。经过近三个月的调试，更改配方，终于达到了满意的效果，并成功开办自己的奶茶店。开业第一天，就收获一天卖出六百杯的成果。一个月以后生意更加火爆，收获众多游客的好评。
< class="pgc-img">黄酒奶茶能从众多奶茶种类中脱颖而出与它独具一格的口味有关。市面上的奶茶大多是甜的，且喝多了还会有点腻。而黄酒奶茶正好相反，黄酒中和了奶茶中的甜腻味，更多的清香，越喝越香。尤其是夏天的时候，加上几块冰块，黄酒奶茶就成为了一杯冰冰凉凉的消暑饮品。

据媒体报道，近日，一女子购买古茗奶茶，喝一半后发现杯中有红色漂浮物，捞出后疑似是“血痰”。女子称，当时买了3杯奶茶，在其中一杯百香果（口味的）内发现红色漂浮物，开始以为是西瓜瓤，细看疑似粘液血痰。自己在医院上班，让同事帮忙用显微镜查看，显示大量红细胞。
对此，古茗方面25日回应中新经纬称，古茗第一时间核查了安徽池州相关门店的监控视频，对投诉所涉饮品的备料、调饮及出杯全过程进行了仔细核查。经查验，门店全体员工在操作过程中均全程佩戴口罩，按照调饮标准出杯，不存在违规操作，也没有异物进入的情况。
