老干妈叫"old dopted mother"，估计老干妈创始人看到都要吐血了。金钱肚翻成"money belly"是要闹哪样！

翻成“很多土匪”是几个意思……好吧，请告诉小编你们准备上几个土匪？

这下怎么成了“乌龟煮猪肉”……莫非现在龟仙人进化，都会炖猪肉了？！
看到这些菜名的翻译，你是不是被震惊到了？也怪我们大天朝美食太多，煎的、炖的、炸的、煮的……样样都有。
想要向外国人介（xuan）绍（yao）一番，没点真本领怎么行！今天，我们就来说说翻译中餐名的一些小原则。
1
主料为主，配料或汤汁为辅的翻译原则
1） 主料和配料
主料（名称/形状）+ with + 配料
如：极品海鲜粥 Porridge with Assorted Seafood
2）主料和汤汁
主料 + with / in + 汤汁
如：红油抄手 Meat Dumplings in Spicy Sauce

烹制方法为主，原料为辅的翻译原则
1）做法和主料
做法（动词过去分词）+ 主料
如：烧麦 Steamed Pork Dumplings
2）做法、主料和配料
做法(动词过去分词) + 主料
如：牛肉炒饭 Stir-fried Rice and Diced Beef
3）做法、主料和汤汁
做法 + 主料 + with /in + 汤汁
如：酸甜炸春卷 Deep-Fried Spring Rolls with Sweet and Sour Sauce

1）形状或口感和主料

2）做法、形状或口感和主配料

如： 米粉扣肉 Steamed Sliced Pork Belly with Rice Flour
< class="pgc-img">如果这道菜具有地方特色，还可以加上地名，比如：
广东点心 Cantonese Dim Sum
四川辣子鸡 Spicy Chicken, Sichuan Style
北京炸酱面 Noodles with Soy Bean Paste, Beijing Style
另外，一些比较常见的中国美食，只要提起它们的拼音发音，其实很多外国人都是知道滴，比如：豆腐（tofu）、粽子（zongzi）、饺子（jiaozi）、馒头（mantou）等等。也不用抓破脑袋想着要怎么翻译啦。
所以，以后和老外一起出去吃饭，即使菜单上的翻译太雷人，大家也可以按照上面三种法则来介绍美食！
