海底椰15克,雪梨干35克,冰糖60克,茅根干10克,菊花8克,枸杞1小把,清水适量
【制作步骤】
< class="pgc-img">>1,把海底椰,茅根干,菊花和雪梨干放入大碗,加入适量清水浸泡10分钟,捞出备用。
< class="pgc-img">>2,把干货捞出来放入炖锅里,加入800ml纯净水,再加入冰糖。
