有别于热量爆表的奶茶店那些花式奶茶，我所喜欢的港式奶茶，热量是很低的，因为配料非常简单，只有红茶和奶（我喝咖啡和奶茶都不加糖），而一杯奶茶所用的奶最多也只需要半杯奶，那么一杯奶茶的热量只有半杯奶那么多，热量就非常低了。
