< class="pgc-img">烧鸭店在两广算是太多了，大街小巷都有挂着正宗招牌的卤味店。
就南宁而言，桂派的生辉、本土的太师都有不错的口碑。但如果是一家开了30多年的老南宁烧鸭店，你会不会觉得，一家店能够如此坚守，难能可贵的不再是那份味道了。
如果不是本地老友记推荐，我还真的不知道，在白沙市场里，还有这么一家烧卤店，扎根白沙33年。太厉害了。
< class="pgc-img">哗哥烧卤在白沙，不仅仅是美味的传承，更多的是一份实实在在的坚持。
哗哥烧卤的摊位不算很正，在市场的最里面，但就算是如此，过来他这购买卤味的食客真算得上络绎不绝了。小小的店面里，满满当当的塞了四个工作人员，可想而知生意是多么的好。碰上过年过节，几个人基本上算是忙得不可开交。尽管如此，但哗哥烧卤的摊里总也是有条不紊，这或许就是一种常年在一起工作间的默契了。
< class="pgc-img">烧鸭本没啥特别，口味口感也接近，如果肯下“料”一定会闻起来香喷喷，看起来色香味俱全的，
但是哗哥不这么做，他只是严格按照操守，坚持合理的用料，能取自人工就不过多的添加，保证原汁原味、食材地道靠谱是哗哥烧卤店多年坚守的底线。
虽然他的卤料没有其它店“光鲜”，但是哗哥从来未曾担忧，好货自有公道，口味自在嘴中。
< class="pgc-img">哗哥烧卤店里最受欢迎的是脆皮梅子烧鸭，烧鸭的皮感觉没有过多卤汁和香料味，不哗众取宠，简单的依然满口香脆，多年来工艺不变，得到认可来之不易。
秘制叉烧，豉油鸭，白切鸡，鸭头都是南宁地道的美味。
< class="pgc-img">以前我在生辉也特别爱吃肥烧，因为带点肥，口感就特别的好，五花腩叉烧千万不要怕太肥，其实肥瘦相间口感是最好的。
< class="pgc-img">看着哗哥熟练的取下一条还滴着蜜汁的肥烧，放在厚厚的的大砧板上，一刀刀下去，精准、大小厚薄几乎一样，等不到回家，急忙用手捻起一块肥廋相间的肥烧，滴着蜜汁还带点温度，爽爽的就丢入口中，肥烧软糯入味，入口即软化，香甜入味，肉香无比，实在是美味。
< class="pgc-img">哗哥也老大不小了，看着我这个老吃货，不顾颜面的就在窗口大快朵颐，也不禁窃笑起来。
哗哥其实是一个很随和的人，一口地道的南宁本地口音，偶尔飙几句南普，跟每一个过来买他卤料的人都能聊上几句，好像是多年的老友一样。
< class="pgc-img">或许哗哥就是这样的，实实在在、本本分分的坚守一份事业，不搞加盟店，不开分店，稳稳的做好自己的这一亩三分地，勤勤恳恳的本分过活，这就是老南宁的朴实。
