● 全面落实河湖长制，推行“六必看、六必听、六必改、六提升”工作法，深入实施“高原湖泊卫士”行动；

● 认真实施三个湖泊保护条例，扎实开展“三湖”保护治理雷霆行动，依法依规对“三湖”流域进行全方位管控，编制完善“三湖”径流区相关规划，22家中央省市县属企事业单位和16家私营企业全部退出一级保护区，一级保护区约3.2万人已完成搬迁8274人；

泰北的大象营地档次高低不一，其中最值得光顾的是ELE大象营地。这家大象营地是一个美国人经营的，它不是简单的大象表演等缺少新意的活动，而是可以与大象进行近距离互动。

欣赏完日出美景，大象骑行队伍将下山返回浴池。这些温柔的大家伙们将在浴池中尽情嬉戏玩耍，不要担心弄湿衣服，在小河或池塘中为这些性格温顺的庞然大物沐浴和擦洗，这是与大象亲近的最佳方式。

距离大象营地不远处，是ELE大象营地的酒吧。这个露天茅草屋顶酒吧，是欣赏Mea Sa河迷人景观的最理想地点。看着大象们从山下下来纷纷回营地的巨大背影，或许这才是泰北最独一无二的美景。

走进兰纳历史的终点

丰富的兰纳王朝古迹，遍布清迈的茂林山野，吸引着游客前往探幽。

兰纳历史的最后一站就是位于清迈郊区北部Mea Rim的昔日王室住所—— Darapirom palace。这座不大的建筑曾经是最后一任兰纳国王的女儿达拉·拉斯米公主的家。达拉·拉斯米公主有着传奇的一生。出于结盟之意，年幼的她作为兰纳国公主被送去曼谷朱拉隆功国王的朝野，不想14岁的时候被国王看中，成为了国王100位妻子中的一位，同时也是国王最心爱的妻子。国王死后，赐予达拉·拉斯米公主Phra Rai Jaya的尊号，并准许她回到故乡清迈郊区北部Mea Rim。公主37岁回到这座王室住所，到60岁去世一直住在这里。Darapirom palace还原了公主生前的住所环境，最吸引人的是墙上的黑白照片，从那些照片你可以猜想她作为朱拉隆功国王100位妻子之一的传奇一生。

历经“生死轮回”

去这里黑庙和白庙

泰国不缺少寺庙，但最值得一看的其实是在泰北的两座怪异寺庙，一个是白庙，一个是黑庙，这两个寺庙都位于泰北 Asia 1 hwy路上。隆坤寺庙，就是著名的白庙，位于Wat rong khum ,在清莱以南13公里。由泰国著名建筑师Chalermchai Kosipipat设计，建于1997年。整个寺庙白灿灿的，由白色涂料和很多玻璃片镶嵌而成。与传统寺庙不同，它有很多恐怖元素的融入，比如挣扎的一群群的手、狰狞怪异的头颅遍地都是，据说寺庙的主题是生死轮回。

隆坤寺庙，便是著名的白庙。整个寺庙白灿灿，融入了许多恐怖元素，体现出生死轮回的主题。

黑庙不仅外观是黑的，里面也摆满了动物尸骨，令人惊悚。

位于Baan dum Asia的班丹寺庙，则是以黑色著称的寺庙，在清莱以北13公里。它是由泰国国家级艺术家Thawan Duchanee设计，不仅建筑内外都是黑色的，而且布满了鳄鱼、蟒蛇等动物尸骨，让人看了毛骨悚然。看过了黑庙和白庙，或许你才会发现之前对泰国宗教文化的所知是如此肤浅。

直奔泰国版“故宫”

去这里素贴寺

当地人都说，来清迈不去素贴寺，就如同去北京不去故宫一样。素贴寺是泰国著名的佛教避暑胜地，是一座由白象选址、皇室建造，充满传奇色彩的庙宇，传说有位锡兰高僧带了几颗佛舍利到泰国，高僧为了怕人抢走，便决定将舍利放在白象上，由白象选择一处可以建寺供奉舍利的福地。白象随意游荡，便在双龙寺的现址趴下，人们就建了舍利塔。

从路口到寺庙门口，要上306级台阶。台阶两边有两条栩栩如生的大龙，因此，素贴寺也叫双龙寺。去双龙寺的游客较多，基本都是冲着寺内供奉的释迦牟尼佛的舍利子而来。而九世皇赠予的水晶莲花也很值得观赏，莲花四周用各界捐赠的宝石镶缀而成，置于塔的顶端。站在寺内的观光平台上，可以俯瞰整个清迈城的全貌。

吃顿稻田里的早餐

而在清迈四季酒店，还会看到园林里多座传统谷仓，这些谷仓就是丰收之后用于储存大米的传统谷仓原型。清迈作为良田万顷之乡而著称，这些谷仓不仅可充当家庭仓库，还是备受尊崇的胜地，因为在来年播种或收获之前，泰国稻米之神 Mae Phosop 会一直居住在此。

交通: 目前中国大陆没有直飞清迈的飞机，一般会在昆明巫家坝机场、香港机场或曼谷机场中转，机场到四季酒店车程约30分 钟。

网络情况：清迈的很多小型私营旅馆、旅店、咖啡馆、大型购物中心，甚至游泳池，都提供免费WiFi无线上网服务。即便是收费，也只收取少量费用。如果自带笔记本电脑，就能在清迈这些地方500米范围内享受免费或廉价的无线上网服务。网吧在市区里到处都是，费用10泰铢/小时。

古城自由行提示：大多路标指示都是泰文，很少英文，去一些旅游代理小店拿份带中文的地图很重要。可以提前找网络上著名的“汉清迈”，老板是非常热情的台湾人，在他那里可以拿中文免费地图、问信息、咨询行程。
