据了解，此次新公布的中华老字号拟认定名单更加聚焦于百姓日常生活，比如食品制造业、餐饮业、酒饮茶制造业、零售业等领域。

按照商务部等5部门《中华老字号示范创建管理办法》规定，自2023年起商务部会同相关部门原则上每3年认定并公布新一批次中华老字号名录。
